Jin Shin Jyutsu®​ is a straightforward yet powerful ancient healing art that was rediscovered in Japan in the 1940s. Since then, its Self-Help practice has gained popularity worldwide. Jin Shin Jyutsu has also gained recognition in an increasing number of hospitals and cancer care facilities as a viable treatment modality to mitigate cancer treatment side effects and pain.

This gentle art utilizes 26 Safety Energy Locks on the body to harmonize the Universal Life Energy, which is known in many cultures and often referred to as Chi, Ki, or Prana.

 

The self-help practice is innate within all of us, and we can often observe individuals applying it to themselves unconsciously. This is particularly evident in small children, such as when they suck their thumb (or other fingers). 

It has proved beneficial for a wide range of issues, from headaches and nausea to sleep disturbances, aches & pains, fatigue and burnout, emotional turmoil, and much more.
