The 5-Stages Coaching Method consists of five attainable goals that hold both you and me accountable to the process, ensuring results that lead to a more harmonized state of health. In addition to the monthly live 1-on-1 coaching calls, you will also receive personal accountability and inspirational messages supporting your journey.
- Stage 1
I will guide you through a self-examination that will help you understand the deeper connections in the Spirit/Mind/Body continuum, and how they apply to your current situation, as well as past conditions that may still linger. Together, we will also set the initial goals for your practice.
To help you get started, I will teach you some simple sequences that have an overall harmonizing and slate-cleaning effect, and I will inform you about what to expect and look for during this process.
- Stage 2
Strategize - Practice Plan - Practice
Having uncovered some pertinent facts in your health history, as well as current labels and challenges in Stage 1, I will develop a tailored practice plan that includes targeted Self-Help holds and specific flows designed for you, keeping time-management in mind. But perhaps there has already been the beginning of a shift? It’s quite possible, and we will explore this further.
Meanwhile, you will continue with some of the basic overall harmonizing sequences from Stage 1, if appropriate, and we will address any questions or concerns that you may have.
- Stage 3
Awareness - Re-examine Practice Plan - Practice
Building further on the practice program we developed in Stage 2, we cultivate an awareness of the changes we have accomplished thus far. With this deepened awareness, we will re-examine your practice plan and make any necessary adjustments to the goals.

It is noteworthy that addressing chronic labels may require a time commitment commensurate with the length of those labels' existence.
- Stage 4
Shifting and Healing - Adjust Practice Plan - Practice
By reaching this Stage, you will become aware of both overall and specific improvements in the harmony of your well-being. These improvements may manifest in the physical, spiritual, and mental realms that comprise your Being.
Remember: we are Human BEings, not DOings, or TRYings.
We will examine the changes and identify any areas of resistance or healing crises, making adjustments to your Practice Plan if necessary.
- Stage 5
Harmony - Exploration - Prevention - Enjoy - Practice
Congratulations! By now, you have not only reached a much more harmonized state of being, but you are also attuned to the cumulative benefits of the Practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help. We will explore the concepts of Rejuvenation and Life Outlook.
The benefits are now clearly noticeable across the Spirit/Mind/Body continuum, allowing us to shift to a stage of Exploration, Maintenance, and Prevention.
You have achieved full agency and confidence in your self-care, and are fully embodying an Empowered Self.
